How the Party System Works

The Party System is the heart of Veyronix. It allows you to create structured group activities that are easy to track and join.

Creating a Party

There are two main ways to start a party:

Standard Creation (/createparty): Fill out an interactive form with your party’s title, description, and requirements.
Template Creation (/temp): If you often run the same type of party, use templates to launch them instantly.

Party Features

Interactive Menus: Users can join or leave parties with a single click on a button.
Automated Updates: The bot keeps the party list updated in real-time as people join.
Threads & Channels: Veyronix can create dedicated spaces for your party to keep your main channels clean.

The Whitelist & Limits

To keep things organized, there are certain limits on how many parties can be active:

Standard Users: Can have 1 active party at a time.
Whitelisted/Voters: Can have up to 3 active parties simultaneously.

Auto-Closing

To ensure the server remains tidy, Veyronix will automatically close parties that have been inactive for a long time or when the organizer decides to finish the activity using /closeparty.
